Beware! Picture are not what...

Liked: The price and size of the room were decent
Disliked: The staff was rude and impatient when I called to ask questions. When I checked in the desk clerk was watching something on his phone and never once paused it and it was so loud I had to repeat myself for him to hear me. When the night clerk checked us in, I apparently paid for one night instead of the two nights I reserved for. I didn't realize he had cancelled my reservation until the next day when I got a cancelation notice and a check out text. When I called to speak to the day clerk to find out what was going on at 8 am, she was impatient with me while talking to someone else at the same time. I would have been fine to wait for her to finish with them if she would have said to hold. She told me they charged my card at 8 pm when I thought I had already paid but it turns out my card declined at 8 pm when they tried it. I never got a notice or call about a declined card and I didn’t recognize the last 4 of the card she said was declined. I would have taken care of it had I known and the clerk at the desk at check in NEVER said anything about the decline. I had no choice but to rebook as we left our items in the room and were headed to a festival that was all day. I know I booked a smoking room but the room was not clean. I found hair and debris on the floor. Urine on the toilet seat stains of what looked like blood on the wall, mold in the refrigerator and an iced over freezer, stains on the curtain and the shower head filthy. The photos make it look decent but it is not. This motel needs a whole remodel.

Despite being extremely exhausted, I...

Disliked: noise and the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana. I later found out that the place is not safe at all
