Disliked: I didn't stay the night at the hotel. The pool was broken. I want a refund! But, no one will give me one. Just fill out this survey, survey, survey! I hate this and y'all! I will never use booking.com or super 8 again! Leave me alone unless you plan to do what you said and give me a refund.

Liked: We didn't eat breakfast & we always stop at Buc-ee's near Super 8 on our way to Florida. We stay here twice a yearon our way to Florida from Michigan.

House Keeping is loud

Liked: The location and price
Disliked: The cleaning crew, got woke up every morning at 7, they was running the cleaning cart up and down the balcony making a lot of nose. Stayed 3 nights and they did it every morning at the same time, not cleaning rooms just riling the loud cart up and down I think trying to wake people up .. check out is at 11 why bring the cart up and down the balcony so many times and so early if they are not cleaning the rooms ?
