Disappointing

Liked: It was available.
Disliked: The Free breakfast wasnt worth the price. Pancake machine was broke and relatively no selection. Even after mentioning to staff that kids above us made it sound like a circus performance, nothing was done or their parents didn't care.

carpet in room needs attention,...

Liked: breakfast available
Disliked: It was not clear when booked that there was no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor- my friend has mobility issues. staff did not seem to care that there was a large dirty area on the carpet in our room
