Old, repairs needed, not good...

Liked: The nicest part of the hotel is the breakfastroom
Disliked: Hallway dark and musty, room so lala, bathroom with broken toilet paper holder, beds old and uncomfortable.

Had the front desk lady...

Disliked: My staff stated that the lady who checked them in was rude, and mentioned numerous times that their credit card was on file for damages. They felt as if she thought they were going to destroy the room. they got it the first time she said it.

Liked: Nothing . Booking.com gets an F for pathetic customer service. Super 8 gets an F for not working with the customer to change the room.
Disliked: The site lied. My mom is in a wheelchair and they gave us a 3rd floor room even though I asked for a handicap room. No elevator.

Liked: Very welcoming staff
Disliked: Breakfast was minimal. No eggs. Peanut butter was the only protein.
