Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: Pre registration was useless, had to do everything in person. Non Smoking room came with cigarette burns on the bed spread and the blanket!!! Hair all over the floor and tub but the taste di resistance was the long curly hairs on the towel!! I have shirt straight hair!!

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: When I arrived I asked did they honor our request for impaired mobility they said they didn’t have one & I told them that they assured us that they did have one. He assured me that there were bars in the tub area so I accepted the room. In the a.m. getting ready to take my shower there were none bars in the tub area. I pd for 3 days coming in so I didn’t want to go thru the hassle of asking for my money back. I am dependent upon a walker for mobility.

Not impressed.

Liked: Good location. Close to lots of things.
Disliked: Check in was easy. However things varied from the site. There is a deposit and the pet deposit isn’t as stated. Also breakfast is only cereal & oatmeal.
