Liked: Cleanliness was great. No complaints!
Disliked: I was in town for a funeral. I have a puppy. And i paid for the pet fee. So I couldn't necessarily take my puppy with me. We went to the viewing in the evening. OMG, the concierge was calling me because my puppy was barking. Smh! Like that's their nature, TO BARK. Heck, she was barking when we were in the room. She was in a strange place, and every noise she heard she'd bark(ONCE). The concierge said we had to take it with us when we weren't in the room. I didn't think that was right. Just because the barking was bothering HIM. And our room wasn't that close to the front desk. He even said no other customers complained. It was HIM who could hear my puppy barking. That's when i told him I HAD a COMPLAINT. I asked him if he could fix the fact that the entire hall smelled like weed. FIX THAT!! EXACTLY, he couldn't because he didn't know where it was coming from. Hell, maybe it was him smoking it. I told him that that's why I paid a pet fee. My puppy has the right to stay in the room. I won't be coming to this hotel anymore.

Liked: Staff very accommodating. King suite huge, clean and comfortable Clean as a whistle. Would definitely stay here again
