Liked: Typical hotel breakfast. Fake eggs
Disliked: The bed was set against the air conditioner so getting in and out of bed on my side was a ridiculous. Cracked my ankle on the steel frame every single time I got up. They have all the room to move the bed out off the wall and fix it. Wtf?

Disliked: The vanity was right in sight of room and othered all.Really hated this. The fridge made such a high pitch noise that we had to turn it off. Was louder than the tv.

Liked: Good waffles. Bed was a little soft to us.
Disliked: Room was too dark. Need a light next to each side of the bed.

Disliked: Asked for 2 more towels and was made to feel like we were asking for someone’s first child or something.

Liked: Accepts pets and good location. The staff was very nice.
Disliked: We have stayed at this Super 8 for many years when visiting Buena Vista and appreciate the acceptance of a pet. This stay was different. The room was very dirty and had a bad odor. The comforter on the bed was stained. The lamp over the desk area did not work. The bathroom and shower were not clean. The general cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing.

Disliked: My smoke detector went off 5 times. Calling the fire department each time. Mostly while I was sleeping. Should have moved me. Not very professional.
