The hotel staff was very professional. When I arrived, check in was easy and the lobby was very clean. Great customer service! The hotel was very clean and our room was very nice.

Liked: "Utterly disgusting experience! The breakfast was a JOKE - a single, moldy, expired muffin with ZERO coffee or tea options. The juice dispenser was a joke, spewing out water instead of juice. The room was a disaster zone: broken shower, shattered sofa, and dim lighting that made it feel like a dungeon. How booking. Com listed this dump is beyond me. I expect a full $80 refund immediately. This hotel needs a complete overhaul, and booking.com should be held accountable for promoting such subpar accommodations."
