Super 8 by Wyndham Bridgeview/Chicago Area

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel would recommend.

Liked: The location is perfect
Disliked: Receptionist “Ms. Brenda” was unhelpful and unprofessional; she was often curt and never greet us or say good morning. In contrast, other staff members such as Richi, Kumar, Peter, and another staff whose name I cannot recall, were exceptionally helpful and provided excellent service.

Not a good stay

Liked: It was a good location for where o needed to go.
Disliked: First all the beds were small. My toilet didn’t work. The shower was mess up. And erector almost stop on us. This stay was horrible and would not recommend to anyone with a family. And the night time guy had an attitude when me and my wife asked for help.

Bad

Disliked: My room was lock and I leave for one day when I came back the door was open and they didn’t explain why my door was open or what happened. I just grabbed my bag and then leave the hotel right away. It was a bad experience so scary.

Fun, friendly, and convenient.

Liked: Convenient location to downtown but with lots of surrounding food places, free parking, and close to public transportation.
Disliked: No complaints.
