Disliked: There was black mold in the bathroom beside the tub. Mold in the shower, toilet and the bathroom sink and taps were so filthy you wouldn't even drink water out of them. The room had not been clean, microwave and fridge were dirty, hair in the sheets which we had to change ourselves. The drawers were filthy, you couldn't use them. There were multiple cockroaches everywhere in the room including the bathroom next to my toothbrush. We would not stay the second night due to the condition of the room. I requested a refund from booking.com and they will not give it to me. The motel said they would give a refund for the 1 night we cancelled and refund the pet fees. We have recieved no refunds 8 days later. The manager has refused to call me after 3 messages left for her. Honestly this was a horrific motel stay, I have photos to back up all the information above.

Disliked: The lamp in room 301 had blood stains on the back of it on the right side of the bed. The energy was very dark until I got there and attempted to let the light in!
