Disliked: The bathtub was not functioning, no stopper. I went to the front desk and asked for even a simple stopper for the tub, I was told there was nothing he could do. I asked got my room be changed to one that I could take a hot bath, I was told there was no way for him to know if any of the rooms had a functioning bathtub... Was a very rude response.

Liked: The room was fine but not real clean. Part of the staff was really nice and helpful
Disliked: I got there a day early so paid for two nights upfront. The second morning, housekeeping loudly knocked on the door and tried to come in. Told them I paid another night, ignored me and said needed to go to office. Phone rings, office telling me same thing. I have fibro so 1st morning really painful to move had to go downstairs even though I requested 2nd floor. When I got there you was told found reservation. asher didn't clean and dryer didn't work well

Disliked: Had to go to the emergency room a couple days later because I got pink eye from the unclean sheets
