Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodated our concerns for safety with the other patrons roaming up and down outside our room.
Disliked: My daughter and I stayed here as a last resort because of a hotel mix-up. There were other patrons outside our room drinking and talking loudly for hours. Made it difficult for my daughter and I to get a restful sleep.

Liked: nice size room, plenty of storage cabinets, dressers, tiny bathroom though.
Disliked: the floor was so dirty it turned my feet black after walking from the bed to the bathroom and back a few times.I left 2 of my cutest tops in one of the dressers, and when I called and asked about them, they said housekeeping didn't find them, customer didn't find them. I told them well it's usually policy for staff to turn found items in to lost & found in case someone wants it back, she said nobody found them, so I told her somebody found them, whoever it was just didn't turn them in. And she snickered snd hung up on me.I emailed the hotel via Booking.com, where I booked from and they said they'd contact me about it, they never did..I emailed headquarters and they were supposed to get back to me after looking into it and they failed to do so.I will never stay with them again since they can't be honest and turn in items people accidentally leave there and then call to ask about the same say as check out .

Disliked: The rooms were ok but there was blood stains on the bed the bathroom was dirty a rusty. Not what I paid for
