Liked: The staff was very nice
Disliked: Your site did not tell us about the fee for the pet, which was only accepted in CASH. It caused a great deal of running around and luckily we were abole to find an ATM. We travelled 14 hours so it would have really been a problme had we not be able to get the funds and have nowhere to go with our pet. Your "fee" option on your site did not disclose this.
