Not bad. I liked the...

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was up to par for the most part.
Disliked: The bathtub in our room definitely needed updating. It was chipped and painted over and the plug wouldn’t stay up so you end up standing in your shower water. The pool area also needed a bit of help. The tiles look dirty - not sure if that’s just the aesthetic or not but it’s not very appealing. Also there could have been some hot food at breakfast besides waffles - sausages, eggs, something.

Disliked: Absolutely a very bad experience staying at this facility probably the first and last to consider it as an option when traveling room had a really bad odor like something was rotten made the clerk on shift aware of the situation and requested to get moved to a different room which he said it wasn’t possible without a managers approval and that if I had a complain about it I could reach out to management via email he suggested me to leave the window open overnight to see if that would help the odor go away I told him man I have my daughters in the room is that even a reasonable suggestion for you me and my daughters go on a road trip every year unfortunately we took this route and had this very disappointing situation at our first stay in Boise we weren’t able to shower nor to use the restroom and something across the room stank super bad and since it was somewhere around midnight we weren’t able to find another option we were tired and wanted to rest we ended up taking the comforter off the bed my daughters slept on and used their own blankets as a cover for the bed myself I had to also bring my own blanket and slept over it none of the staff were able to help us out during our stay instead they blamed it on having poor house keeping and just suggested me to contact management via email what a complete disappointment for sure

Liked: The convenience and location. Room was clean and smelled fresh.

Meh. Works for an overnight

Liked: I liked that it was right off the highway.
Disliked: It definitely looks like a really bright facility and clean. Outside was pretty dirty, lights didn’t work, the hallways were pretty sketchy feeling. Not very comfortable sleeping arrangements.
