Not ADA accessible -' but...

Liked: When I checked in the woman @ the desk was lovely. The grounds are pretty decent. The grounds were sufficient. Parking was fine.
Disliked: I asked for an accessible room because of mobility issues -'(not a wheelchair user.) I had to go down steps to get to my room - so not a great start. The bathroom had clearly been updated with bars, wheelchair accessible sink even a bathing tub table. However, the shower configuration would be useless to someone in a chair. The big issue I had was actually in the morning. I received a text message I'm sending me to the app asking me to say what time I was checking out. I did that and I said 11:00 a.m.. somebody came and pounded on my door around now at 9:30 and when I opened it my dog ran out. So I grabbed my dog. The door closed behind me. And locked. When I went to the front desk, barefoot and holding my 30 lb dog, the woman behind the desk, someone different than the evening before, was incredibly rude when I explained the situation and she told me. Oh, it looks like you were checking out, and I explained no. I used your app and I picked 11:00 a.m. at that point she told me to calm down. I was not uncalm in any way shape or form, I was tired and in pain, but I was but I was calm. At no point did I raise my voice or anything like that but she told me to calm down, 30 years in hospitality. I would never tell a guest to calm down, especially when they're standing barefoot in the lobby. Lobby trying to get back into their room. I will admit that when I left, I did kind of slam the keys or rather the cards down and told her to have the day that she deserved. Was probably a little harsh hot, however, she needs to do better.
