Never again at this place.

Liked: Breakfast was horrible and the hotel was rated a 9.6 on the website. It was a dump should have a 2.8 rating.
Disliked: Almost all of it. Same nasty breakfast and crapy rooms, looks like the place had been flooded for 6 weeks and was a dump.

Liked: Nice area and property
Disliked: Staff didn’t inform guest at check in no hot water. After realizing it was only cold water and we said something they apologized and said they’d been having issues with hot water

Bare minimum hotel quality. It...

Liked: I liked the pool, it was decent. A little too chilly. The staff were friendly too.
Disliked: I didn’t like the fact the hot tub was closed, the smell of the entire hotel was like a trip to the sewer plant, the breakfast was what you expect in prison, cold items were room temperature, hot items were cold, and the juice was watered down, the elevator was nonexistent. I don’t know how people the luggage carrier upstairs. There must be a ghost. Thank you to the staff for being friendly.
