Fair hotel for a good...

Liked: Nothing out of the ordinary. A good hotel for the price.
Disliked: The "breakfest" is not a breakfest. It is muffins and coffee. But it is not advertised as anything else.

Liked: Best part about this hotel is the location Black Mountain North Carolina.Comfortable Bed.
Disliked: This is an older hotel, In need of some maintenance. But very clean. The breakfast was just enough to say they serve breakfast, Pre package muffins and coffee with powdered creamer. This hotel is all about location, Better hotels , better values are thirty miles Down the interstate..

Expensive for what you get

Liked: When compared to other similar hotels, this one was really expensive for what you get, but it is conveniently located.
Disliked: No coffee maker in the room, although it is advertised that there is one. Also don't be fooled by "breakfast included", as breakfast is only "muffins and coffee to go" in the lobby area of the hotel. There is not even a breakfast room where you can sit down and eat your muffin.

Would not recommend unless you’re...

Liked: It was cheap enough. This wasn’t a planned trip and needed to find somewhere to stop in a hurry. It’s easy to find off the exit. Pillows were nice. Downtown is close by and cute.
Disliked: It’s very dated. The room didn’t stink, but it definitely smelled old. There was only a deadbolt lock on the door. The bathroom had been updated and looked nice from a distance, however, the towels were gross. The room has 3 towels. Luckily we only needed 2. Towel #1 - no problems. Towel #2 - COVERED in hair. I get that is going to happen occasionally and have never felt the need to complain before, but there had to be 15-20 long black hairs on one single towel. Whoever folded that towel just didn’t care. I immediately threw it in the floor and hoped the next would be better. Towel #3 - still had hair… it was only 1, but again. Long and black. How do you not see that? I was disgusted and ready to get out of there.

Disliked: The heat did not work and shower wall had dirt on it I cleaned it before I used it the floors was so bad I had to throw away my white socks because they turned black at the bottom and when I ordered my pizza this one guy made a comment about my pizza
