Disappointing

Disliked: They tried to blame me for smoking in the room when I wasn't

Doable but definitely run down

Liked: Cheaper than many surrounding motels, good size room. Good size mini fridge. Friendly woman at the front desk. Good water pressure in the shower. Convenient parking. Close to Starbucks.
Disliked: It was off putting that a sign at the front desk informed customers that all complaints needed to be made within the first 15 minutes in the room. (No I'm not kidding) It definitely made me feel like even if I called about anything it would be met with attitude or not fixed. Toilet ran/poor flushing the entire time. On multiple days the AC could not keep up and the room was very hot. Breakfast area was not very clean looking and selection was not great. Bed was really firm.

Liked: The breakfast was good. Not to much but just enough to fill ya up! And the front desk Lady was awesome to us! Very hard worker n the owners should be proud to have her as an employee.

Liked: The location was near the RV place we took our trailer to for repairs. The price was reasonable. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast.
Disliked: The fact that the hotel says “Pet Friendly”, but neither Booking.com nor the night desk clerk asked about pets nor did either mention an additional charge for pets. The charge was reasonable, but it would have been nice to know up front. I might have looked around for a hotel that didn’t charge extra for pets.The drain in the shower was slow.

Disliked: The AC unit wasn't sealed properly. Scum in the bath tub, paint chipping in the bathroom. Very loud. The queen bed was on a small platform where you couldn't lay at the edge without it bending off.
