Disappointing

Liked: When we arrived for breakfast a little after 8 am the only offerings were cold cereal, biscuits ( no gravy and only one pat of butter), and bread. Filling our coffee cups emptied the caraf, so when the other guest went to refill her cup there was none. No one came to refill anything and several more guests came for breakfast while we were eating our cereal.
Disliked: Parking was nearly impossible when we arrived around 10 pm. The bed was very hard and was noisy, the pillows were poor and the WiFi didn’t work.

Liked: Beds were nice.
Disliked: No breakfast, too many people smoking around here.

Liked: We didn’t even stay there. Pile burst. Staff did help us find another place

Disliked: The biscuits for the gravy could have been soft and fresh. They were so hard that you couldn't eat them. The one part of the security latch for our room was missing. Couldn't log into the free internet. One of the room key cards didn't work. Couldn't understand the person working up front because the big glass window muffled this voice.

Disliked: TV did not work. Shower barely worked. Hair dryer did not work. Water was working half the time. Breakfast was marginal. No elevator. Not compliant with ADA, Not up to what I expect from Whyndem .
