We will never stay there...

Disliked: When the shower was running on the floor above us the ceiling leaked onto the toilet. We eventually switched rooms. Three different times our card didn't work and we had to go to the front desk to get a new one.

Liked: the guy working the front desk was awesome and did his best. very nice people working there.
Disliked: The first room I got was crazy. The recliner style chair in the corner was broken and the back was collapsed to the floor. It was also covered in a bunch of brown/red stains. Looked like poop and blood. Also, there was one lamp for the whole room. With like a 25w bulb. I couldn’t see anything. I switched to a second room. Much better, but the tv didn’t work. The front desk dude came up multiple times trying to fix it (he ruled) but It never got fixed. Just no tv for the night. I’ve stayed at a million super 8s and they’ve been my go to for a cheap room, basic necessities, reliable. This location was the first one I’ve actually been upset by. I’d like my money back and to speak with someone who supervises this place.

Polite Staff

Liked: The staff were very polite and helpful. The continental breakfast was sparse but to expectations. Was stuck here during a blizzard and it served my needs.
Disliked: Not a complaint, a suggestion. The ceiling fan in the bathroom needs to be looked at. Very noisy.

Disliked: The staff and how they treated us. We couldn't have company stop by or if we did they would charge 25 for extra people mind u we had the room with 2 bed so we could have at least 4 people in there.. And then some ones girl showed up there and she was waitinim in the lobby now mind u we having a winter snow that night and they told her she would have to wait outside for her husband.. Its freezing out I go out to smoke and this gal asked me to use my phone to call her husband to see when he's coming so I let her use my phone well her.I said well just come in with me cause its cold out and knocked on his door.not even 2 mins later her comes the front desk clerk down the hall yelling at this girl saying I told u you have to wait outside the front desk clerk looks at me and says go to ur room I said its cold out side and thankful the husband got there so didn't have to go outside and wait..the workers there don't care about there guest the breakfast was bad have the time nothing was out.. And then we never got our deposit back because they said we smoked in that room and no we didn't smoke I'm that room ever.. So they kept our deposit and charge us for it..
