Disliked: That our room had no AC working and there was no water and how the staff was not very nice to tell everybody that there was no water

Disliked: The worst hotel ever. I paid Booking. COM for a handicap room. I get to the hotel, they assigned me a "room" nothing to do with being handicap accessible . Went to desk, was told "WE DONT HAVE HANDICAP ROOMS.." I was told that they had one room that had "bars" in bathroom. We moved to the other side of the motel with all our stuff. Not easy and in no way was any help giving by staff offered. When we returned to the room went in bathroom, there was one little bar at the front of the tub.. about this time a huge roach came from somewhere. It was so big, it took 4 times to kill it. When I went a set on the bed, the roaches started coming out from under the bed. I returned to the office to try to get something done. Was told they had no more rooms, no spray.. I told them I'm leaving. They sent a women from "house keeping??". She came with a broom.... while getting my things together, having to check everything for roaches, she had killed 6 or 7 more. I loaded my things the 3rd time, went to office and demanded my money returned... Booking.com should be totally ashamed to rent this dump.

Find another hotel.

Liked: That it was convenient to where I needed to be.
Disliked: I didn't care for the fact that parts of the ceiling texture fell on me while I was asleep and that there was clear black mold under the pieces.

I was a damn refund...

Liked: Close to beach
Disliked: It was disguising, no water, dirty towels in tub, salt all over tables. Garbage not taken out, no pillows and the other room had white stains all over. I have pics

Liked: I paid online when I got there they knew that they did not have water and still took my information and my money.. I was there for a concert drove 2 hours call them when I got to the room at 6:30 and said that the water wasn't on they told me it will be on in 15 minutes went to the concert stayed 5 hours stop back by the office and ask him was the water on they said no so I went back to my stuff he gave me my refund and I drove home I would never ever go to another super 8 again... Whatever the case may be to the owners management at super 8.. y'all should be ashamed God bless you all
Disliked: The fact that I drove 2 hours there and when I get there instead of them telling me that the water is not home they took my money gave me a key and everything and when I called I had to call three times because it didn't answer the phone then they said that the water will be on in 15 minutes when they knew that wasn't true
