Liked: I really enjoyed the service; it was the best on my trip.

Way below expectations

Liked: Not much. They had a shower chair!
Disliked: There was vomit on the floor in the bathroom. The bathroom floor was sticky. The set-up for the handicap shower was bizarre. You had to stand very close to the wall to be in the spray. The faucet moved around on the wall. The whole room felt super dark, we couldn't even find a light switch to work! Had to use our cell phone as flashlights!

Will never put my mother-in...

Disliked: It was filthy, found a crack pipe and other items in the Bible. Dirty Sock under bed and the staff knew about the filth.

Disappointing, I will not rebook...

Disliked: Had to ask for towels and a coffee pot. The keys had to be rekeyed several times. The bathroom was not clean nor was the fridge- freezer unit.

Disliked: The side door was not locked all night long.There was a sign on the door that said locked door from 10:00pm- 5:00am. It was never locked.
