Liked: The pool area was nice and we usually had the area to ourselves which was nice. The jacuzzi tub that was in our room was decent sized for 2 adults to use.

Liked: They could've used 2 waffle machines, as that was always busy.
Disliked: We had to ask to have the room cleaned & towels changed, even after letting the desk know. When we arrived back late, it wasn't done, and we had to ask again to have the room cleaned because it hadn't been done, and we had to get clean towels at the desk. The staff was always nice, I think there must've been miscommunication.

Disliked: No elevator, room smelled like a sweaty gym, not much of a breakfast choice, pool said heated but felt like it was 70 degrees, had to ask for coffee cups in the room several times after room service came through, the bed looked as if it was just thrown together instead being nicely made most days. overall, a poor experience and we will not be staying there ever again and would not recommend it.

Liked: The beds are comfy. And it was pretty quiet.
Disliked: Room wasn’t the cleanest, had left over trash from previous guest. And the hallway floors also needed a cleaning

Liked: The price was right, that's about it. It was convenient for the funeral that we attended.
Disliked: People up drinking all night, kids running up-and-down the hallway up-and-down the upstairs, couldn't sleep well. We left earl because it was uncomfortable.I, didn't even get any money back when I should have but something back i won't go back there again. I can guarantee you that oh yeah. There is no TV, no TV service, no, nothing. TV was there but couldn't watch TV. So yeah, we got screwed there too.
