The stay was disappointing in...

Liked: The location was fine. Centered between a few different towns, and not too far from Grand lake.
Disliked: The rooms were small. The pool was freezing. The hot tub wasn't operational. The first room they put us in had a terrible odor, asked to be moved. The manager was reluctant, but did. The second room didn't have an odor, but the toilet ran for a good while each time we flushed. We found food in the drawers of the dresser, left from a previous guest. When we finally pulled the sheets back, there was mouse feces on the sheets. I do have a video of that. Getting anyone to come to the front desk during daytime hours was a chore, I needed keys reprogrammed and had to find a housekeeper to find manager to come to the front desk. I will not book at this property again.

Disliked: Carpet in room frayed, door in bathroom had a hole in it.

Liked: Location, The amenities, and that I got all of it for under $80!
Disliked: Our room door was by a safety light and a few bug and a fly came in.
