Liked: Location is convenient to major roads. The new owners/management have painted the exterior and are working to make the whole place nicer.
Disliked: It is what it is! A convenient no nonsense inexpensive place to stay at while in the area. Not too far from South Bend.

Liked: The price was right. The beds were nice, but high. No refrigerator in room but there was a microwave. Nice place if all you're looking for is to crash at night.
Disliked: Hallway carpeting and stairway hand rails were dirty. No refrigerator in room and double queen room was tight. Staff seemed friendly but difficult to understand due to language accent, both on phone and in person.
