Bad

Liked: This is a beautiful, well kept hotel.
Disliked: Arrived to check in and advised no cats (our ESA), which was not noted on 3rd party or their website. Advised it takes special cleaning, 2 days to sit and cat dander. Did not honor reservations made prior to updating/correcting their policy. Turned us away in 90+ weather and I'm a Senior Citizen. No empathy or sympathy from the front desk to the crucial situation at hand. No Cancelation fee-yet! Had to cancel my 7/21-7/23 reservations also.Stayed before with our ESA cat and everything about the hotel was excellent.

Disliked: Floors need upgrade

Disliked: The room smells dog pee. I can't sleep because of the smell.

Disliked: The room and building itself was very run down. Such as worn down carpets and a constant running toilet. It was clean I'm sure but it just felt dirty.The breakfast was a big disappointment. the selection was very meager and the room it was in was small and unappealing.

Disliked: The pool room did not seem well ventilated. The clorine was way to much in the pool.

Did NOT stay no accommodation...

Disliked: Called and texted 30 days in advance of arrival needing ground floor due to disability as well as paying for King room. Upon arrival at check in time to being told all rooms on ground floor were taken. I had called 3 days prior to check and was told yes they had my request on file. They only had 1 room left, a queen which is uncomfortable for two people our size. They offered no apologies no excuses, basically oh well take queen or move upstairs which I can’t climb stairs. We ended up leaving and paying much more elsewhere! Why has special requests for handicap issues that reserving well in advance, is not honored!! Do not go here if you need your reservation is confirmed but not there when u arrive!!

Everything was fine except we...

Liked: They gave us a first floor room. It is definitely not a place for older folks.
Disliked: There was no water in the shower or tub.

Pleasant

Liked: Staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast in the morning was good and plentiful. Amenities around the hotel were nice and close.
Disliked: Their is no elevator at the Hotel, not a big deal for our specific stay but it would have been nice to know before hand. Our room cards stopped working and needed to be replaced every single day, this was the worst part of the stay.
