It was a very comfortable...

Liked: Clean, indoor pool and hottie. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: We were on the ground floor that is more like a sub basement. The room had a slight dank smell.

Poorly maintained rooms

Liked: Location pool and hot tub until it closed for 2 days
Disliked: Smelly room no microwave dirty carpet broken spring bed. Card was over charged. Charged double. Dirty old chair in room. Went i asked about over charge staff said it will be reversed. Been a few days still waiting then I see an addition $30 being charged asked about that. Said it's a pet fee. Ok that's fine But then next day I get a notification of $20being charged i asked about that fromt desk said there had to be adjustments made so some fees were removed others stayed. We are not happy at all. For being a pet friendly place we expected rooms to be alot more presentable and clean. Photos on website must be filtered because in person it's nothing like it. I hope to get full refund of what got charged. I don't think will being staying again.

Liked: The hot tub and pool were pretty clean.
Disliked: Your front desk staff was incredibly rude, not just with us, but to everyone who walked in the door. Kinda crazy to make people feel bad about checking in to their rooms they reserved months in advance. Also what's the point of checking in online and providing information there if they're just gonna ask for it anyway. Not convenient like they make it out to be.
