Disliked: i was charge twice for the room called to talk to them and they said the would reverse the second charges. They have instead charged me a third time for a 1 night stay.

Really couldn’t have asked for...

Liked: Breakfast was exactly what we expected.. The manager Dawn and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even gave us yogurt&snacks on our arrival from the breakfast items when it was NOT breakfast time!!
Disliked: There was really nothing we didn’t like… Maybe that the pool wasn’t open later than 9pm for children… considering, nobody else was in the pool OR wanted in the pool and we had to get out at 9pm with an upset toddler due to the time… cuz even though the pool was open til 10pm children were to be out of the pool by 9pm and nobody was there to be in it from 9-10pm..

Liked: Check in was fine, and the room was neat and clean
Disliked: When I went to shower this morning, there was no water coming out of the shower faucet or shower head.

Liked: The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect and clean. The continental breakfast was perfect. All of the for the price, we would absolutely recommend and come back.
