Disliked: No coffee pot in room, no cups provided, no tv guide, no hairdryer, only one blanket.

Liked: Location. Swimming pool.
Disliked: When I was checking in I was told that there was a $100 room deposit. This is not mentioned on your website or on the hotels website. I mentioned that to the front desk clerk and she confirmed that this policy is not posted. The refrigerator didnt wor.

Disliked: Check in was 2pm or later. We checked in at 3:30 and was told our room had not been cleaned yet and was asked to return in 30 minutes. Came back to find that our handicapped accessable room hand been given away and us given another.

Liked: The room was for the most part clean and very comfortable. I would stay again.
Disliked: I was hoping for better breakfast option.

Liked: Good central location, affordable price point. The staff were friendly and super helpful.
Disliked: You get what you pay for. In a state of disrepair. Needs a good remodel really. Pool was cold, hot tub was too hot. Broken toilet, smelly halls, not the greatest beds in the world. No hair dryer, no info in room, no streaming services.
