Disliked: No maid service I made our beds before we left for day. Garbage still in room, dirty towels still n bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get replacement towels for the night.

Liked: The well cleaned rooms and the staff were very kind and friendly
Disliked: There isn't anything I really didn't like about this hotel

Liked: the night crew was amazing and the area was quiet.
Disliked: found a fly in my bowl of cereal from the cereal container. brought it to the staffs attention during the checkout and they had no remorse. they didn?t care. they also did not apply my Aaa discount which was extremely disappointing to go with a no contact after checkout by the Gm

Disliked: My room had a musty smell to it and the mattress was hard.
