Liked: It was ok
Disliked: The pool and hot tub were dirty gross the fridge froze my food

Liked: the staff was amazing, check in on line was easy

Room not provided due to...

Disliked: We informed the hotel to arrive late, between midnight and 1 am, due to a late night flight. They wrote us that ok, reception open 24/7. On arrival, there was only very slow and confused staff saying that due to an overbooking, we would get only 3 rooms instead of 4 rooms. An overbooking or another mistake can always happen but in this case, we got no information in advance (and they must have known at least some hours before), nobody offered us help to find another room nearby, we had to search ourselves - at 1 am(!). And despite all that, they charged extra the room which had not been provided - after our claim, they offered us to refund it but anyway... And after all that, a preformulated message has come thanking in advance for a positive feedback that we should write...

Convenient but overpriced option for...

Liked: Very close to the airport, so very convenient for a late night arrival. Beds were very comfortable!
Disliked: High season in Bozeman means all hotels are expensive, not just this one. However, this was tremendously overpriced for a nice, basic hotel room

Disliked: I can’t think of anything.

Expensive but ok …

Liked: I loved having two king beds in one room and the room was very spacious.
Disliked: The bathrooms don’t have fans that vent so our room smelled very musty. Our toilet overflowed and instead of taking care of it they brought up a plunger, gloves, and towels for me to clean it. That also happened to our friends two doors down. Walls are very thin and our room was by the stairs so it was noisy all night. Fire pit is broken. Breakfast was ok but not amazing. For the price, I shouldn’t be plunging my own toilet!

Liked: The location was excellent.
Disliked: The hotel is very pricy for what you get. The breakfast as pretty basic, and the breakfast attendant not helpful or friendly.

I want a refund

Disliked: The breakfast was awful. I have a baby and specifically asked for a non pet room but was booked in a pet room. The was an awful cat litter smell and litter in the tub. It took me and hour to figure out how to turn the TV on after asking for help at the front desk and not getting any. My key only worked the first time and then not again after that. I was checked in for 30 mins and it quit working.
