Frontdesk service is great

Liked: The frontdesk service was magical, walked with me to show and explain my room amenities. Helped me with my problem to contact another facility on the phone, so im really pleased with the service from the personnel.
Disliked: Nothing really

Disliked: The pool was nasty the halls smelled like drugs it was loud and just plain nasty

Disliked: The pool wasn’t available and my room was not available at 2pm

Disliked: No power, was not informed when the power would be back on… lights still haven’t come back on and it’s 9:47am and they have been off all night. It was hot and dark couldn’t see anything. Was not offered a refund or a free not for the inconvenience
