Liked: Staff was amazing; breakfast was great and the rooms very comfortable.

Nice, clean room for a very reasonable price. Really great upgrade for no extra cost. Attendants were excellent, polite and responded in a timely manner. Would recommend to others and return myself!

Liked: Great service and very nice workers, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel.
Disliked: Elevator was very slow.

Liked: Room was wonderful and clean
Disliked: Bed was stiff and uncomfortable. Could use blackout curtains for sleeping. Fridge seemed to fluctuate on temperature and has me worried about my food.

Liked: Location was very good.Breakfast was great.Staff was nice and polite.
Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, there was hair in the bathtub.One of the amenities mentioned on booking.com is that the hotel has fitness centre and it DOES NOT. This was one of the reasons i booked this hotel, so definitely not a pleasant surprise.The floors in the rooms are so thin, i could here upstairs guests like right beside me. Everytime they closed a door at night it woke me up and scared me.

Disliked: No room service. I need to pick up every time.

Disliked: Cleaning chemical smell. Stained carpet. Moldy bathtub grout. Torn drapes. Hard bed. High price for a Sunday. Will not stay here again.
