Liked: price performance location for on the road.
Disliked: During check-out, as a result of the housekeeper rushing us, we forgot our charger and converter head behind the nightstand next to the bed. Despite calling and emailing many times, they did not take care of it. Finally, they simply said they could not find your charger and dismissed it. We were sure it was there in the evening of the same day and noticed it immediately. We called. They did not take care of it at all. We used different Super 8 company twice more during the same vacation. We preferred it because it was a good, quality place. They are not bad in terms of accommodation, I cannot fault them. However, there is such a thing as customer satisfaction. It should not be that difficult. I sent so many emails and they did not even respond. It is not befitting of a big company like Super 8. If they do not call and take care of the issue, I will not recommend it to anyone from now on.

Very bad experience

Disliked: I requested non smoking room . The room smelled bad, smoke odor and probably mold is present in there . Lock did not work properly . Very unsafe for family with kids. A homeless guy was sleeping outside our room .The bathtub was not draining water properly .The lady with tattoo at front counter was rude . However the guy that was at the lobby when we check out was nice . Will not stay at this location in future .

Bad

Disgusting and dangerous. Rip off!

Liked: It was awful. No trash can, no pillows, no blanket, one towel, dirty crumbs on the bed, dead roaches in the bath tub. The clerk at the front was mean and overcharged me $7. More than my total on booking. Com. I believe he pocketed the extra. The lights didn't work. The bathroom sink faucet was broken and water went everywhere. The furniture was beat up with pen marks and cigarette burns from previous customer. Bed bugs, dirty sheets, unclean floor and broken toilet. There was a TV but no remote so no TV. No refrigerator as ad describes. No refrigerator, no coffee pot. No hand towels, no soap, torn curtain so people can see in. The motel had prostitutes everywhere and it freaked of drugs in the air. Drug dealers everywhere . One asked me. I was so disgusted. The maids stole my straightening iron $160.item.I got no sleep because of the fighting going on next door. I am just sick from the stay. I can't believe you call that a motel. It's more like a red light district. Disgusting.
Disliked: Staff , motel , everything was a nightmare!

Liked: Easy check in and it was quiet.
Disliked: The door kept rattling when the ac was on.

Old but functional

Liked: The hotel is conveniently located near the highway, making it easily accessible. Good parking lot. There are several nearby places to buy food and drinks that stay open late, though most offer drive-thru service only.
Disliked: The Hotel is way older than showed in the pictures.
