Liked: We showed up and they gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The elevator stunk and the facility was pretty dirty. We opened the door the room stunk and our window was broken. We decided to ask for a refund and leave. We didn’t even bring our luggage up. Still have not received my refund and I really need it. I had to travel down to Fresno to get another room at another hotel. We were not happy. We were driving from Florida and was exhausted. Needless to say we are not happy.
Disliked: Already explained. Wasn’t clean and stunk

Liked: The staff, especially the cleaning & laundry staff were very helpful & kind to me.
Disliked: I chose a smoking room & it turned out to be very far away from the elevator, which I needed bc I’m disabled & had a lot bags with me. It was a definite chore on my body getting to & from the elevator with my things. Also, the guests above me made it difficult to get any sleep. They were there for several days, as was I, & they banged, stomped around & slammed drawers the whole time. It was much better after they left & no one was above me for the rest of the week I was there. However, the cleaning & laundry staff helped me so much. As I was trying to check out, my cat got loose & took off! It was another 2 hours before I was able to wrangle him from being stuck in a dense bush on the property. Thankfully, he didn’t go off the property! I was/am very grateful to those kind ladies.

Disappointing

Liked: Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Not making guys in the next room stop partying!! No sleep most of night. Suppose to get refunded for the room but haven't seen it yet.
