Liked: I’m upset the lady behind the counter acted like she was on drugs couldn’t stay still and had an attitude for everything. I told her I had a reservation and the room was paid for and she said it’s not here sorry and dismissed me like nothing not offering advice or a number to call.
Disliked: So when I asked her to check again and showed her my reservation and payment went through she said the ink. Way I can give u a room is of u book and put pay on property. So it’s been about a half hour and still it showed no reservation or payment from me so I rebooked and paid cash

Liked: The room was cozy.
Disliked: No.

Short and unsatisfying.

Liked: The man that helped me was nice, but that’s it.
Disliked: The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it reeked of cigarettes. The fridge was really dirty, the walls were old and coming apart, and the door wasn’t secure. I also didn’t like that there were doors connecting the rooms on the left and right. You can hear absolutely everything. Honestly the only positive was the bathroom. It seemed clean.

Liked: Better than sleeping on the streets.
Disliked: The door key took 3 times to get to work. The room was in need of repairs. The door had huge gaps around the frame. The AC unit barely ran. The room smelled of mold.

Disliked: Needed a good cleaning and attention to details. It appeared to be a recent update but shoddy work and not clean.

Superb

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was pleasantly clean. Had very loud neighbors, but I cannot hold that against the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I will frequent this place again

Liked: quick check-in, clean and quiet room, fridge, CLEAN coffee maker without coffee residue inside, good room layout, good heater
Disliked: Suggest providing tea bags also in room. key cards should be marked more clearly how to insert. Spa is advertised -- but spa is unheated, so not actually a spa.
