I have stayed in this location twice, both times for a concert and it is very close to venues, but from the 1st visit to this 2nd visit the hotel looks more like a motel. It looks run down and the rooms are very outdated and very used. I don't think I would stay there again even if the venue was 5 minutes away.

Liked: The location to the venue.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy and smelled; the bathroom was dirty (there was long hair and pubic hair in and around the tub); there was no shampoo or soap; the A/C was not cooling enough; the phone did not work; the door to the room looked kicked in and the lock did not work.

Will not stay here again.

Disliked: Everything was unplugged upon entering the room, sounded like the window was open and we could hear every thing outside, the man at the desk seemed very incompetent and rude. Did not give any direction on where the room was located, continuously asked for my credit card after telling him 3 times I was paying with cash. Tried to charge me $175 after I told him I had a room reserved and it had my price as $96.

Disliked: There was a man who was working the front counter who was very rude. There was no housekeeping. When I asked for clean towels it seemed to be a bother…my toilet backed up when I brought this to the attention of the man at the front he again acted as if it was I bother. I was told maintenance would be in to take care of it by 11:00 am. I returned to my room at 5:00 pm and nothing had been done. This is filthy & disgusting!!!! When u requested a new room I was immediately moved by a woman named Hannah, which I very much appreciated!
