It was mostly fine. Clean, good beds.

Liked: Quiet area and soft beds.
Disliked: The toilet was hard to flush and when we returned from the show and used the toilet it started making a loud sound, like something was wrong with the pipes. I turned the water off because I did not want to wake up with a room full of water.

Hotel has been remodeled and is very nice. Big room with mini fridge. Location is amazing; walking distance to downtown!

Liked: Great hotel.

Needs updating - carpet was ripped. Website said it was updated, but it was very old. Staff was rude and not willing to accommodate any requests.

Liked: The rooms look nice bc of the frames on the walls and the beds are done nicely. I like how the floor looked with the shiny wood, the fridge & microwave worked good.
Disliked: The pics may be edited bc the outside didnt look as nice as the photos, definitely needs a paint job and work to make it look more inviting. There were stains on the walls, roaches, and had issues with the toilet. The shower curtain was broken. The staff were absolutely not so inviting, not friendly or welcoming. They just didnt look like they wanted to be there. The breakfast area didnt look clean and dont have much options, They could do better. Just bc its a cheap place doesnt mean they should let this place go bad, I hope they work on it before it gets worse.

Liked: Location was perfect for traveling into downtown, most things were within walking distance and when not, UBERs were cheap. The service was great and the staff friendly and accommodating. The neighbourhood was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way!
