It was mostly fine. Clean, good beds.

Liked: Quiet area and soft beds.
Disliked: The toilet was hard to flush and when we returned from the show and used the toilet it started making a loud sound, like something was wrong with the pipes. I turned the water off because I did not want to wake up with a room full of water.

Needs updating - carpet was ripped. Website said it was updated, but it was very old. Staff was rude and not willing to accommodate any requests.

Liked: It was super clean and the man at the counter was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The breakfast was very poor. It could of been a little better.

We loved it!

Liked: Location was perfect for traveling into downtown, most things were within walking distance and when not, UBERs were cheap. The service was great and the staff friendly and accommodating. The neighbourhood was clean and quiet.
Disliked: Nothing! This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way!

Liked: I liked my room everything was clean.
Disliked: There wasn’t cold water in the shower, and there wasn’t air ventilation in the shower it was humid.
