Disliked: the building is very run down and looks like they just sheetrock mud on the walls and leave it,the breakfast was a joke they had juices and things to drink but not cups to put it in so you were screwed if you didn't bring your own. I work in Gatlinburg in hospitality as well and this was not acceptable.the pool was green and nasty, if not in use please empty it and clean up around it.

Disliked: Rooms were gross . The showers were awful and dirty and not stable to stand in . The shower floors had bubbles under the shower making the floor in the shower feel like you’re going to fall . The coffee machine was broke and they never got us a new one . The light in the bathroom was broke and wouldn’t stay on . The floors in the room were disgusting. The bottom of my feet would turn black from walking in them. Lastly the so called free breakfast was not a free breakfast. It consisted of old orange juice and apple juice that had been in there for months most likely. The apple juice had mold in it . They had 2 cereal that were old stale and been in there forever and then they had a slice of bread in the bread container .

Disliked: The room had an odor, cigarette burns on the comforter/bed, bathtub and counters were dirty.
