Disliked: The room door was jammed, the room had a horrible smell as soon as you walked in, there was large flies absolutely everywhere (including in the microwave), there were burn marks on the sheets, bed were dirty (sheets hadn’t been changed), dead insects everywhere, bathroom wasn’t clean (hair in the bath and dirt in and around the sink), some sort of stain on the phone and all over the walls. Not in a nice location and felt really unsafe, me and my friend ended up leaving straight away and having to book a new hotel.

This place is a health hazard with the mold and rust everywhere. The air quality is unsafe. This hotel despite the condition argue that it is non refundable no cancellation option so basically they take your money! The hotel is nasty and clerk and Manager is very rude , passively indifferent and  apathetic. Terrible customer service, the absolute worst.The door malfunctions, the room smells like mold and have roaches. All the fixtures and metal furnishings have rust and mold on them. The tub is filthy, the sink was filthy. The carpet has the room smelling like urine and mold moisture. The worst place I ever stayed. The hotel was not accommodating and trying to take my money for cancelling. This is a dump . I request a full refund. I have also cancelled my stay.

Disliked: The staff was rude. There was animal feces under my daughters bed. Bed bugs on my other daughters bed. The rooms were nasty smelling. When we asked for our refund we were told that even though we had pictures and was only in the rooms long enough to start to get comfortable that since my daughter used the bathroom she couldn't have her refund and i needed to go thru booking.com
