70+ dollars doesn?t buy much

Disliked: By 8:30 PM can?t enter lobby and clerk motions you to dingy outdoor cubicle to check-in. Rather abrupt/curt clerk lacking congeniality as if bothering her ? A bit worn room. The mattress was so aged that when you lay down you feel like your laying on the box springs (worst mattress of 4 weeks of hotels).

Cheap & inexpensive

Liked: the value... best price around but you get what you pay for. Location was minutes from my meeting the next day.
Disliked: strong smell of smoking in the halls, strong smell of pot at back door. back door was never locked leaving the ability for anyone to come into the hotel at all hours. Sign at front door said no smoking within 25 ft but a man was smoking right in front of door when I checked in. I can not be around cigarette smoke for health reasons and it was everywhere.

Disliked: This place is a dump! Couldn't believe it was even offered on your website. Only redeeming quality was that the mattresses appeared new. They were Simmons Beautyrest and very comfortable.

Liked: Very friendly desk staff. Coffee better than most.
Disliked: Bathroom could have been cleaner; table tops in breakfast room needed cleaning throughout breakfast, not just at the end because of syrup drips.
