Liked: Booking.com messed up the booking, and I had to book the hotel at midnight because booking.com had some issues, they donot even let me know that it's not booked. Instead they suggested me to call helpdesk at mid night and they could have arranged rooms in 2 hrs.it very bad service by booking.com. will never book anything using booking.com and will suggest other not to

Misadvertised price and dirty room

Liked: Close to the city
Disliked: Advertised price was different then what was charged. Staff stated they had to charge extra then what was booked. Never had that experience w/ Booking.com. Additionally, the floors were very sticky.
