Liked: Large room close to highway
Disliked: Getting old inside. Grout was damaged in the shower. Tissue paper was empty when checking into our room. Staff was not friendly, went for breakfast. Only 3 pieces of bacon and 5 sausge between the two of us. Eggs were leftovers from the previous day. Rate was higher then most hotels in edmonton.

Disliked: Terrible shower pressure. No hair conditioner provided. The breakfast was not very good.

Liked: The staff was very nice and they were good with my dogs, which you don’t see these days in a public place.

Liked: Management is awful! They gave best option for a room with number of people we had was best value!! I booked 2 adults and 2 children. It put a x2 on 1 room with 2 queen beds. I'm sure I put my dates for 2 nights. When I saw the price for the room, it looked to be 2 nights. I booked! My options were to cancel the second room for 1 night at a "penalty" cost off $150. So I loose $150. Then, I would need to pay another $150 for the following night! I would loose $300. So I cave and take the 2 rooms for one night. No one will help me. The Clerk says $200 per room deposit that will be held up to 10 days! I didn't have that! She said "then I could not stay". But they had my Mastercard number?! I was at a family funeral. This is a disgrace! Shame, shame on you all. Heartbreaking.

Disliked: Booked a king room got double queen brought it up with the front desk person and he said it was not his problem. Customer service suck.
