The hotel was clean, comfortable, and not too far from the So What Music Festival. We did get woken up by a drunken dispute in front of our room but the front desk gave us a discount for the trouble. I wouldn't mind staying there in the future.

Liked: Clean; friendly, easy check-in/out.
Disliked: The other guest.

We left after seeing the...

Liked: Did not stay. Paid, saw room (surroundings) and left
Disliked: No lobby access (for employee security) What about customers security? Broken security latch in room. Lots of traffic and people loitering(?). Run down motel Didn’t stay the night, but apparently there is no breakfast which is advertised

It was not as expected

Liked: Nearby to AT&T stadium
Disliked: The room we were given was unlocked and not cleaned, and we were checking in well past the requested time of 3 PM. Several windows in other rooms were broken and covered with boards. Rooms did not look like pictures. We did not stay, we asked for a refund

Disliked: My bed wasn't on a frame it was literally on the floor faucet broke door couldn't lock TV had no remote to it towels didnt look all the wway white very dingy hate I paid for that sorry asss room I've had better places for the price
