Super 8 by Wyndham Anaheim/Disneyland Drive

The beds and pillows were comfortable. The maids were very nice. It was close to the HOB which was the only really good thing about my stay.

Liked: Quiet and clean.
Disliked: Poor WiFi. When I called I was given the wrong directions from the train station to the motel. Also they are not good at answering the phone. Went to a recording more often than a person.

Disliked: There is no survey link. The likely hood that I would recommend or stay there again is zero. We were VERY disappointed with the room and the “amenities”. We picked this property because it was advertised that there would be a breakfast served from 7am - 10am. When we checked in we were handed a paper sack with 4 granola bars inside. THIS was the breakfast we were offered. False advertising. When we entered the room it was BLAZING HOT. The air was off and it took hours to cool off. The microwave and refrigerator were also unplugged and the fridge took over an hour to come to temperature. This was also a huge inconvenience as we had leftover food that needed to be refrigerated and my husband’s insulin. The room was also very dirty. One of the beds had what looked like makeup on the pillow case and sheet so clearly they were not changed from the previous guest. I expected a bit better from a super 8 but I will NEVER stay there or at any other Super 8 property.

Liked: Close to Disney parks, within a walking distance. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Too noisy. You could hear everything that was passing by. They offer “fre breakfast” and they only give you a granola bar. They give you coffe to make in a coffee maker but dont even provide a bottle of water.

Liked: Location and value. Its not a bad hotel, its not a great hotel. Its a great location but you pay for what you get. The male employees are not helpful at all.
Disliked: Parking situation, not enough spots. Having appliances unplugged. Old small towels.
