Very good

Liked: The room.was recently remodeled and was very comfortable. I liked thst it was a non smoking hotel.
Disliked: The tub looked like paint had been spilt on the bottom of it. It made me think it was dirty so I did not use it.

Liked: Nothing at all! The floors were more comfortable than the bed, the pool felt thick, and smelled funny. The breakfast was cold cereal, small waffle or a small package muffin. They do not empty trash or change towels. They are two stories and do not have an elevator. This place is trash and smells funny. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this nasty place.

Disliked: it was very nasty and they wanted a 100$ deposit to switch rooms, which was ridiculous. This property is nasty and had stuff all over the walls and the bathroom. I would not recommend this to anybody and I would not be staying there again.

Disappointed

Liked: Right off the interstate, the beds were comfortable. I like a firm bed and the beds were perfect for my liking!!
Disliked: The ac was broken, the air only blew towards the bed the adjusters were broke off, when I went to the bathroom the paint was chipping off in the bathtub, the light would come on when you hit the wall, the drain cover was off. I have stayed here before and the room i had was nice, but this time I was really disappointed. Also the windows was cracked. I went and told the lady at the desk and she told me, had I come to her sooner she could have switched us rooms. She said that they were completely booked so she couldn't do anything. There was people coming in that didn't have reservations getting rooms. When I left at 5 am the parking lot was almost empty so if they only have 6 rooms available they were not booked.

Liked: The room was on the ground floor which was good for me since I have a spinal injury so I didn’t have to walk a lot.
Disliked: Some of the staff was rude but the lady that we had during the first day and second day was so sweet and amazing so we brought her donuts. But the night staff and who ever worked on our last day was rude and snipity.

Liked: Breakfast ok didn't eat. Location was fine
Disliked: The bottom of the bath tub looked dirty. The TV was not working had to get a staff member to fix. The telephone in our room was not working. And the TV looked like anytime it would fall off the wall.

Bad staff are extremely disrespectful...

Disliked: Refrigerator and AC didn’t work and staff refused to fix or get me a new room. They tried to charge me 3x of the price of the room almost 300 dollars extra. Staff were extremely rude had multiple problems and they did nothing to help with it all staff kept opening up doors and barging in. Asked to speak to manger or get corporate number and refused
