Good

Short stay but not a...

Disliked: I didn’t have any where to park my semi as promised Bedding smelled like cigarette smoke Shower was lukewarm not hot Tv was in Spanish format so I was not able to watch

Disappointing

Disliked: We paid extra for a larger room to accommodate our daughter and they said they had a crib available since we upgraded but they didn’t. When we arrived, the room was 83 degrees and there were dirty towels on the floor.

Liked: Staff greet us and very helpful. Awesome people.
Disliked: Had as good time. Breakfast was low to fair. Only had waffles for hot food. Not much to choose from.

What you would expect for...

Liked: Comfortable beds and quiet surroundings.
Disliked: Front desk was very rarely even at the desk or to be found, once she did show up no friendliness or smile. Also, I’m usually not picky about these things but there were many things about her personal hygiene and appearance that probably scare guests away. I however, booked with my “credits” so there wasn’t much I could do but this did make me weary. Some items were broken in the room but still working. Pool could use a good cleaning.

Disliked: The room was filthy the fridge didnt work the ac didnt work properly the coffee cup lids had prior guest writing on them the peep hole was on the door incorrect so you could see inside the room from the hallway the staff member that checked us in was beyond rude. When we asked for 1 extra towel we were told it wasn't allowed there were 3 towels in the room we needed 4 myself and 3 kids just down right disappointed
