Super 8 by Wyndham Allentown

Would've rated 8 out 10 if not for cockroaches.

Liked: Towels were clean and price was right.
Disliked: Cockroaches in bathroom and sink area.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off twice during the night; apparently due to someone in another room whose cigarette got too close to a smoke detector. Breakfast was disappointing: limited choices, juice machine was broken.

Terrible.

Liked: The location was conveniente.
Disliked: Rooms were dirty, lots of cockroaches.The room was dirty and AC was broken.

Worst

Disliked: No breakfast, no towels & bathroom accessories, rooms are not well-maintained, rooms & hotel smells bad, and not hygienic, small cockroaches noticeable, and so on

Disliked: There is nothing to like about the facility.. I have never seen such a dirty hotel in my life… This place cannot be called a hotel… This place needs to be closed down. It smells bad while walking in the hotel corridors

Disliked: First at check-in given room key to room 240 went to check room door wide open curtain hanging off rod bedspread torn no phone mold in bathroom shower smelled of smoke. Smoke detector hanging down. Went back to desk told her she needed to check room as not sure what might have been missing did not want to lose security deposit. She changed us to room 131. In 131 dirty bedsheet burn holes in bedspread smoke odor curtain off rod toilet paper holder missing bathroom floor dirty mold in bathroom shower mold shower floor drain broken no Internet was down no hand towels at sink no wash cloths no coat hangers burn hold on sheets dirty pillowcase found a roach found nose ring on floor stayed the night there as no other rooms were available

Disappointing

Disliked: Please make sure to thoroughly check your beds for bed bugs. I ended up in the hospital after developing numerous red bites, which were confirmed to be from bed bugs. According to the doctors, based on the timing of when the bites appeared, it’s likely I was exposed during my stay here.
