Super 8 by Wyndham Allentown

Would've rated 8 out 10 if not for cockroaches.

Liked: Towels were clean and price was right.
Disliked: Cockroaches in bathroom and sink area.

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Fire alarm went off twice during the night; apparently due to someone in another room whose cigarette got too close to a smoke detector. Breakfast was disappointing: limited choices, juice machine was broken.

My stay was horrible

Liked: I was disappointed from the time I walked into the property
Disliked: The individuals at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. When they assigned me my room the door was not working. Then I asked to be placed onto a different room and customer service appeared to have an attitude because of their mistake. Then the bathroom was not cleaned and I was stepping on roaches the entire time in the room. The breakfast was not as advertised. It was always store brought waffles and white bread, and then wax only displayed for a total of 1 1/2 hours. No oatmeal, juice, etc.

Liked: It was walking distance to other venues.
Disliked: My Room had heavy odor of cigarettes. Room #133 window would not lock. It was off alignment. Not safe...on street level. Didn't feel secured.

Disliked: Crack heads in lobby, burn marks all over bathroom, toilet seat was disconnected, lamp shade was off, there was cord holding the curtains together, windows looked out to hallway window

Worst hotel ever

Disliked: The place is in an awful neighborhood. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes and marijuana smoke.Trash in the hallways.I did not stay, I left immediately and requested a refund through Bookings app.
