Suspicious caution handling

Disliked: I do not trust a property that takes money out of my card for the caution until I have to ask for a refund instead of putting a hold and only taking the money out in the event something went wrong that I actually had to paid for. Would they return the money if I didn’t ask for it? How many people who didn’t request the refund didn’t get their caution back? I don’t know but that is suspicious behavior to my eyes.

Disliked: All of t the e hidden charges and prices not matched with website. They will find a way to keep your deposit. They kept deposit because two towels had make up on them.
