Liked: The pool.
Disliked: The jets didn't work in the hot tub.

Won't go back.

Liked: Breakfast and location were fine.
Disliked: Room had an unpleasant musty smell.

Horrible Staff!

Liked: Nothing, it was a horrible experience.
Disliked: The staff was unprofessional and not helpful at all. Multiple times coming into the office they were in the back room. It took 2 hours for us to get our TV to work which actually was us moving rooms into a worse room then what we had. I was told we had the wrong clicker, maintenance was coming they said they hadn't forgotten about us meantime one staff went home the maintenance guy went to lunch after he said he checked with us and we said there was no problem with our TV. Assuming he went to the wrong room. I had to go down to the office twice since they wouldn't pick up the phone in the office. I only got a response for standing outside our room staring at the office for someone to actually respond to me. When no one could get their stories straight that was when they said they would put us in a different room. NOT the greatest response I wanted. So I packed up our stuff. They said they would come with new keys to the new room in 5 minutes. 1/2 hour later she finally came. This was 7/11. On 7/12 we had been out all day came back to the room around 7:00 pm our key didn't work. I needed to go to the office again to get our key reprogramed. We will never stay here again and or recommend this place.

Close to Oregon State

Liked: We were going to a graduation ceremony at Oregon State. This was as close as we could get. Glad we booked 6 months in advance.
Disliked: This is a pretty tired facility.The upstairs passage ways are filthy.
